La Paz, Mar 8 (Prensa Latina) Regional elections in Bolivia, planned for April 4, will be manager by 140,000 judges, the National Election Court (CNE) stated on Monday.

Those authorities were designated by drawing lots among people registered in the biometric register this weekend.

According to a document published by CNE, the election judges will be trained and qualified for their responsibilities.

The judges will also give people guidance on the election poll day, said the CNE member Roxana Ibarnegaray.

Ibarnegaray also confirmed that at least 5 million people were authorized for that poll and another 250,000 registered in the last days.

Bolivian people will elect 2,502 permanent authorities among departmental governors, majors, advisers and assembly members.
